Dr Suzi Lomax
BM (Hons) BSc(Hons) FRCA PGCert Patient Safety & Clinical Risk Management
Suzi is a consultant anaesthetist, the Simulation Faculty Training Programme Lead (TEACHSim) & SCReaM Human Factor Programme Lead at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. She has been involved in simulation since 2003. She has experience of working at OxStar, the simulation centre at Oxford and has undertaken simulation faculty training at a number of UK centres and at Stanford University, California under the guidance of Prof. David Gaba, the “godfather of simulation”. Using her formal and informal simulation and patient safety and clinical Risk Management Training, she has extensive experience of designing and delivering in house, regional and national simulation programmes and is one of the co-founders of MediSim, the Royal Surrey County Hospital Simulation Service where she has been Trust Lead since 2011 and received two South Thames Foundation Schools Specialty Awards for her work within simulation.
Dr Michele Bossy
MBBS BSc(Hons) FRCA EDRA EDICM FFICM PGDip Anaesthesia & Periop Medicine
Michele is a consultant anaesthetist and Intensivist at the Royal Surrey County Hospital where she also is the Trust Lead for Simulation. Michele was appointed in 2015 but she has always had a interest in education, particularly simulation training, and has worked to design and deliver several medical and multi-disciplinary education programs during her training in KSS and London. Most recently this has included a thoracic anaesthesia simulation training day delivered to all senior anaesthetic trainees in the region, and delivery of the ICS endorsed STricT course for the transfer of critically unwell patients. She has completed her MSc in Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine.

Dr Barry Featherstone
BMedSci BMBS MRCP FRCA PGCert
Barry is a consultant anaesthetist for East Kent Univeristy Hospitals, NHS Foundation Trust. He joined William Harvey Hospital as a consultant in 2012 and since 2013 has been the Simulation Lead. Barry completed an Education Fellowship at Kings College Hospital. He has a PGCert in Clinical Pedagogy and has a keen interest in facilitation skills leading to the development of a Debrief skills course locally in East Kent. He was a South Thames Foundation Schools Specialty Award winner in 2013 for work in developing simulation faculty.
Dr Paul Moran
Physiology (Hons) MBBS FRCA, PGCert Med Ed
Paul is a consultant anaesthetist and trust lead for simulation at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS trust since 2010. Paul has a keen interest in Medical Education and setup the simulation services at MTW. He has overseen the setup and delivery of numerous multi professional simulation courses within the trust and for HEKSS. He has also delivered a regional debriefing course since 2010.

Dr Celia Bygrave
MBChB FRCA, PGCertMed Ed
Celia is a consultant anaesthetist at Worthing Hospital with a special interest in simulation. She has taught in a wide variety of settings and developed a number of simulation training programmes locally and regionally with particular emphasis on multidisciplinary in situ training. Celia completed a fellowship in Medical Education and Simulation in Perth, Australia and this has involved extensive training in the development and execution of scenario bases teaching, including complex debriefing and feedback
